Our product is the result of the synergy of two fundamental factors: the best raw materials and a high-tech production process.

The wide availability of raw materials, selected from the best quality sources, allows us to supply our customers with “tailor-made” semolina that is perfectly suited to their requirements and expectations.

The milling process, unchanged for almost 100 years, has been improved by introducing state-of-the-art technologies, such as husking and optical selection, which have contributed to improving the whole production process, helping to increase the healthiness and quality of the product. Thanks to the wheat milling and processing activity, which remains the Group’s core business, Casillo Group is now able to produce a wide range of semolina and flours, having 12 production plants located in several different regions of Italy.

The quality of our semolina is an essential factor in enhancing the quality of pasta, a traditional Italian product made for national and international markets. The Group is, in fact, one of the main suppliers of Italy’s largest pasta makers.
